i have also made a room on yahoo that i usually open at 3pm GMT to find click chat this will show all avalable rooms find the folder that says health and wellness then above the right box there should be a tab saying user rooms click that and find depression and bipolar help double click on it and there u go if i am not there you can talk to a number of people in it willing to help but there are the occasional few who like to annoy people but they are easily ignored.
